Birchip Curators Contract Quote Instructions

Birchip Community Leisure Centre is requesting quotes for the care and maintenance of the Birchip Recreation Reserve.

Details of the work required is available from the ‘Curators Contract’ and its appendix.
The ‘Curators Contract’ and its Appendix can be downloaded, or copies obtained from:

Carol Reid at the Buloke Shire Council office in Birchip (5492 2200); or

James Goldsmith at the Buloke Shire Council office in Donald (5497 1300);

Birchip Community Leisure Centre requires any quote to be itemized.

Written quotes only will be accepted and these must be in the hands of one of the people listed below by 5.00pm on Friday February 8 2008 either by:

1. Personal Delivery to one of the people listed below

2. Mailing the quotes to :
