Tchum LAke is one of the best camping lakes in North West Victoria.

It is currently dry and therefore the camping area is out of service.

The lake itself is undergoing a major upgrade by refurbishing all the facilities and de-silting the lake bed.

The silt has been placed at the North-West corner of the lake and in time this area will be used to site permanent cabins. 

It is expected that the improvemnet works will be completed by the start of 2008 and that the lake will be functional again by the 2009 season.
